The Manifesta, which takes place every two years in a different European city, has a reputation for being a place for creativity and innovation, Yana Klichuk is Manifesta’s Head of Education and Mediation who takes us through „Le Tiers Programme,” the Education and Learning programme of the upcoming biennial.
