On the occasion of his new book „Time Is No Longer Round“ and the exhibition „Fresh Wind from the North“ at the Kunsthalle St. Annen in Lübeck, Santeri Tuori – one of the best-known representatives of the Helsinki School – explains how his captivating pictures of forests, trees and tangle of branches are produced. He describes how the dramatic cloud formations are created and how, in harmony with the sublime representation of nature, seeing can be expanded to a practice beyond its ordinary purpose.
